En este post quiero dedicar una especial atención al centro correccional de mujeres en Chiang Mai para poder entender el tipo de labor que se realiza y dar a conocer una iniciativa muy positiva a nivel de reinserción. El centro correccional se localiza justo en el corazón de la ciudad antigua de Chiang Mai, mi interés y respeto hacia esta institución va más allá; entre las actividades que se realizan en el centro, una de ellas y con la que comparto un vínculo especial es con el masaje,el centro tiene una iniciativa en la que se enseña masaje tradicional tailandés a las reclusas con el fin de poder reinsertarlas y de que tengan la oportunidad de ganar un dinero con esta bonita profesión; la actividad se realiza fuera del recinto penitenciario y esta abierta al público, qualquier persona puede darse un masaje tradicional ; me alegra conocer este tipo de propuestas vinculadas a un arte ancestral y que también con esta actividad se pueda ayudar a un sector de la población.
